We are hiring for a Driver for our San Jose, CA location. A Driver is responsible for delivering electrical materials to various customer jobsites and facilities. This includes creating a daily delivery route based on orders received, verifying material on the truck before delivery and working with the dispatch manager for any changes in the route. A Driver should understand all requirements for delivering materials and provide a professional and positive attitude at all delivery sights. Additional duties include general warehouse duties and operating a forklift.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience: Experience safely driving 26-foot trucks.
Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents and writes routine correspondence. Ability to speak effectively with customers/vendors or other employees.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, the employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Other Skills and Abilities: Detail oriented, good communications and organizational skills. Team player.
Other Qualifications: Clean DMV record, A valid Real ID or passport is required to perform deliveries to federally regulated facilities. If you currently don't have one, you will have 10 days from your date of hire to apply for a Real ID, and will be required to provide us with the receipt for the ID until it the photo ID is issued.
